They learned a lot about gin – the history – the mystery – and also tasted a lot of gin! About 4 shots each!

They also learned how to make a perfect Gin Gimlet.
And they learned to use some really cool tools of the trade.
Did you know that at the Ice Plant they make their own ice? And that they can make a perfectly round ball of ice?
Elle (Fridays) and Travis (Saturdays) will be demonstrating their new gin cocktail skills during our Friday & Saturday Social Hours using St. Augustine Distillery Gin.
